Gluten-free Banana BreadYummy gluten-free banana bread made with chickpea flour. Super simple!

Here’s the recipe:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a loaf or bundt pan with butter or oil (I use coconut oil). Cream 1 stick of softened butter with 3/4 cup raw sugar, add 2 eggs, then mash together 3 ripe bananas and add to the batter. In a separate bowl mix 2 cups of chickpea flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt. Add wet batter to dry ingredients and mix together. Pour into pan and bake for 45 minutes.

Makes great toast for breakfast or a sweet treat in the evening! Enjoy!
